Good location. Plenty of police activity around the hotel in the morning and at night!

Very clean and great location. The district was closed down for holidays so there were limited activities, bars or restaurants but thats not the hotels fault. Staff were very helpful. Vending machine was a great touch and when it was well stocked, really handy to have.

The Nesuto was fabulous! All of the staff we had contact with were welcoming, polite and willing to help. It was in a great location, the city a short Uber away and Eden park was a short ride in the opposite direction, this was perfect as we were in Auckland for a concert. The room was clean and tidy.

Nesuto St.Martins was basic but very clean. Plenty of buses to catch nearby to different places of interest. Comfy beds, all the resources you need including a washing machine and tumble dryer plus powder and soap for the small dishwasher and washing machine. Even a swimming pool in the basement. Very welcome after a busy day out. I'd recommend it!

The apartment was tucked away at the back, and it was quiet. We expected it to be noisy, as the hotel was next to the Graton cemetery and bridge, but it wasn't. On the entrance to the reception ,there are a lot of stairs to walk down,but there are fewer stairs on the other side of the entrance down to the reception. The reception area was lovely. We do know from past stays,the rooms.to the front of the hotel are very noisy, so if you like quiet,ask for rooms.at the back of the hotel. Our aircon wasn't working, and the staff fixed this immediately .

Super handy to many bus stops so made easy to get around , though forgot how steep Auckland was so being down a hill was good exercise:) warm, great shower pressure and heat. Very friendly staff when ever saw at reception on in the lifts:) yummy smelling toiletries.

Staff were super friendly, even after we had some rowdy visitors and got a growling, they still treated us well. The location was prime, not immediately in the city but still so convenient. The view from our room was amazing and the layout of the room was excellent. We were a group of 4 and we had ample space for all of us. One of the rooms bed was ginormous which we loved. Highly recommend this place, value for money :-) To the lovely manager that worked the weekend we were there, so sorry, again, for our rowdy visitor.

Location was great! Easy access walking distance to the museum, art gallery and spark arena. Awesome Japanese restaurants within close walking distance and opshops galore down K'road. The staff were great 👍 and the room was really good value for money with washer/dryer in the bathroom and a dish drawer in the kitchen too. Nice to have the convenience of home facilities while on holiday.

If anyone complains about this place, they are INSANE. We had an absolutely amazing time. Room was lovely, we had a great view, very clean, everything in good working order. Exactly what we wanted and was an amazing price for what we got. Thank you. Highly recommend! If you have a car, the garage is tight getting into, but once you are through the gate, it's easy as and the carparking spaces were nice and wide. We have a SUV and had no problems with the parking at all.0
